I Always Thought The Same: Hoboken NJ Exit Sign As Ryu’s Combo
I used to be a Joisey girl before I became a Cali n00b and I lived close to Hoboken. A very small New Yorkish kind of town where shops, stores, restaurants and apartment complexes stretches to just about a mile. I love it. And every time I pass by the Hoboken exit, I always say out loud Ryu's (Street Fighter) famous move - the Hadouken! Alas someone actually read my mind! Even if this sign is totally fake and I-76 really leads you to that place with all the old people, gambling and Snooki dancin...

WANT x 100!: Teleconferencing Robot Can Interact With You.
And by interact, that means its robotic little arms and 'hands' can 'sense' your frustration or social expression like hand gestures and head movement. In other words - It can strangle you (yeah I wish). I should seriously pitch this at work. I know someone too IRL who hates conference calls who would love this product. You know who you are. I see your fb updates about it.
Watch the video. Unfortunately no strangling goes on - which sucks cause I was looking forward to see how it would do i...
What’s Behind These Masks?
We are instantly familiar of famous iconic characters particularly ones of super heroes and villains and their masks. These masks shows us how iconic these characters are that even without the names at the bottom, we can still tell who they are and where they come from. Me - the two things I didn't recognize really was the Fu Manchu and Phantom of Paradise (Googleing it right now). I thought Fu Manchu were those white long beard you see on an old man in old Chinese flicks - much like in Kill Bil...
Buzz?? Is That You?
I often wonder what our favorite cartoon characters would look like in real life. And I want Strawberry Shortcake to look like THE actual cartoon, not the ones you can buy in the bakery section - although, I like that too. Found this last week and have been meaning to post it. Buzz looks pretty good looking I would say.

Of course it's computer generated. But I don't see this character having a Tim Allen voice. He looks more like one of the characters in Gea...
No Luke, Don’t Use The Force On This Game!
I have never played foosball ever. Played soccer but after accidentally kicking the ball to one of my teammates face leaving her with a dented nose for a while, I was out. Then I moved on to volley ball and tennis. But this creation would actually persuade me to play foosball. I must warn you to ALWAYS use a helmet around me as I am notorious for poking people in the eye even though I am aiming at their arm or foot. Isn't that right hubby?

The Who’s Baba O’Reily Played on Thinkgeek Merchandise
Wil Wheaton's blog post
The youtube link
Incidentally if you don't read Wil Wheaton's blog, you cannot call yourself a geek. I also own one of his books, that HE himself Wil Wheaton, sent to me. How full of awesome is that? It's too awesome for words.
Wil Wheaton was the actor that played the loved/hated character Wesley Crusher on ST:TNG. Star Trek: The Next Generation for those geeks who aren't also trekkies.

Flashback: Game & Watch Keychains Will Surely Bring You Back In Time (by that I mean feel old)
Yes. Back in the time when you used to whine to your mom to get you one and won't stop until you do until you realize they won't budge and you find yourself sneaking to your cousin's house just to play their Game & Watch - true story.
Now these retro hand helds are being rediscovered by older gamers who played them (like myself) and laughed upon by new gamers (anyone born in the late to early 90s) in the form of a keychain. So no, they don't work. They do have an alarm though! (#^$%*#!!!)...
Who You Gonna Call?: Fan Made Nintendo Wii Proton Pack
Gotta love talent! Especially when it's channeled through something in the lines of video games and anything geeky. A guy named Jack created this bad ass Ghostbusters Proton Pack primarily for the Ghostbusters Video Game and posted it on a Ghostbusters Fan forum page.
