Geek Pets: Cockatiel Sings Victory Fanfare From Final Fantasy
Ahhh - the things we teach our pets. This cockatiel actually whistles to the Final Fantasy Victory music and I thought it was pretty cool. But it's nothing compared to what our cat can do. Our cat can stare you down and say "I am your father". Well maybe not 'say' it, but more like Jedi mind trick you until you break down and feed him and rub his belly. Beat that Final Fantasy singing bird! I would be more impressed if you made a Chocobo impression AND sing the Final Fantasy victory music.

Playing a game last night, when the time came to spew out a few expletives on the latest victim on the other side who pissed me off by setting up camp in his own spawn corner the entire game, costing his team the victory. I noticed something.. Finding people who are witty enough to actually have witty banter is becoming RARE!

Retro Week: Animated Pong Clock
I love things Retro. Even those things that remind me that I'm older than most buildings. This animated Pong clock pretty much screams retro chic and ultra geek in my book.
Watch how this super clock works. As cool as this clock is, I want it completed with little or no installation required. I'm not a very 'Do it yourself' kind of gal. Especially around things that I have to glue together. Never again will that whole Christmas ornament fiasco where I glued my fingers together ever happen...
